How to Create a “Doggie Stairmaster” with PupPod

Daily walks have lots of terrific benefits for you and your dog. The fresh air. The exercise. The pee-mail!

But what about those times when a walk isn’t possible or isn’t enough? What about when you’re sick? Or the weather is too rainy, too snowy or too hot? Or you have an energetic puppy? Or your dog just needs waaaaay more exercise than you can give? What then?

Time to get creative with the PupPod/Pet Tutor Bundle by setting up your very own Doggie Stairmaster!

If your dog has been playing PupPod for a while, you know how great it is for keeping him engaged and entertained. But with the Doggie Stairmaster setup, you can give your pooch the mental and physical exercise he craves in a whole new and exciting way.

We came up with this idea one day when bad weather kept all of us – including Office Dog Ollie – trapped inside. As a young, high-energy dog, Ollie was almost literally bouncing off the walls. It was no fun for anybody! Thankfully, we had the PupPod.

After Ollie had played a few games, we started thinking about how we could up the ante and make it even more challenging for him. That’s when it came to us. We put the PupPod Wobbler toy at the top of our stairs and the Pet Tutor dispenser at the bottom. When Ollie “solved” the puzzle, he had to run down the stairs to get his reward. Then back up the stairs to play with the toy. Before long, we had one pooped – and very happy – pup on our hands!

This is just one example of the many ways you can use PupPod to make life more fun and exciting for your dog and easier for you. Do you have others? We’d love to hear about them. Leave a comment for us below!
