Refund policy
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you need more time, email support@puppod.com so we can work with you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be fully functional and in excellent condition. Please remove all food from the feeder before returning. It's ok if the feeder has a small amount of kibble dust or the toy has light scuffs. Item should be returned in its original packaging. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@puppod.com. If your return is accepted, customer is responsible for return shipping. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Payment Processing Fees
Payment processors (e.g. Shopify, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Sezzle, etc.) charge a fee to process each order. Once your payment is processed, payment processors do NOT refund the payment processing fee. For orders after June 15, 2022, PupPod will refund the purchase price paid for PupPod merchandise minus $15 to cover credit card processing fees.
Shipping Fees
PupPod can refund the cost paid for shipping on cancelled orders if the order is cancelled prior to shipping. Once the shipping process has started, shipping fees are non-refundable because carriers will NOT refund shipping. PupPod is not responsible for any customs or duties on international orders.
